Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes an online purchase may not meet your expectations. At Budget Gallery, we aim to provide a smooth and customer-friendly return and refund experience.
Please read product details carefully before placing your order.
Wrong Item / Damaged Product / Incorrect Size / Incomplete Product:
If you receive a damaged product or face any of the above issues, we offer the following options:
Replacement with the correct product
Exchange with another product of equal value
Full refund of the amount paid
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product via email at vishnusingh3000@gmail.com or call us at +91 8923855366, along with clear images of the issue. We will arrange a return pickup.
Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality check to verify that the issue is not due to misuse or external damage. If return pickup is not available at your pincode, you will need to send the product back yourself. In such cases, we will reimburse courier charges up to 10% of the order value.
After successful quality verification and ensuring the product is unused and in original packaging, your exchange or refund will be processed.
In case of missing items in the package, the missing components will be dispatched after verification.
Didn’t Like the Product / Quality Issue / Size Not Suitable / Changed Mind:
All our products go through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, since many items are handcrafted or artistic in nature, slight variations in color or finish may occur. Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us within this period via email or phone. We will arrange return pickup.
After receiving the product, it will undergo a quality check to ensure it has not been used, altered, or damaged. Once approved, the refund or exchange will be processed. A deduction of 15% of the order value will be applied in case of refund to cover return shipping and handling charges.
Refunds will be processed to the Budget Gallery store wallet for both prepaid and COD orders. COD charges are non-refundable. Refund processing may take 5–7 working days.
Please ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.
Orders placed during sales or with discounts cannot be canceled.
Refunds for canceled orders will be credited to the Budget Gallery wallet only.
Custom Product Orders
Custom-made products created specifically on request are not eligible for COD.
These orders are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable.
Replacement is only applicable in case of damaged or incorrect product received.
Furniture Products
Orders above INR 3,000 are categorized as Furniture Products.
These products are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Only damaged or defective items are eligible for replacement.
Furniture orders can be canceled within 1 hour only; after that, cancellation is not possible as they are made-to-order.
Refunds for canceled furniture orders will be provided as store credit in the Budget Gallery wallet.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on order volume and will be confirmed during order processing.
Damage and Repair Charges
If a product has minor damage or scratches that can be repaired locally, we may provide a credit note equivalent to the repair cost. This credit can be used for future purchases on Budget Gallery.
